While it's been a since I finished chapter 9,im gonna tell you @berkili4 I love the game alot,like it's one of my favs it's gonna be a unpopular opinion but I like it more than being a dik,acting lesson or once in a lifetime.i have gotten attached to the companion (I forget her name I'm forgetful but the moment I play the game the feeling is back) you have tugged my heartstrings when she got taken away from me, and like I liliterally feel attached to the character, and if I wasn't broke man, you would be one of the artist I would have supported heavily I hope in future I could donate to you, the content you're providing at free is far superior than paid stuff, I have completes lots of avns but none have made me attached and kept me hooked like this, please complete the avn fast man actually don't lol the end would be bittersweet I don't wanna get detached, please dont stop making avns man lots of love.......

I have to say personally i have a tier list with AVNs that i played (and i think ive lost count how many) but this is the first time i leave a comment on a game because i really liked it. The way it starts at low chapters with low graphics and all...(sorry for this xD) and then after you manage to get to latest chapters man.. at first i didnt wanted to give it a try but ive felt something and i tried it a little bit and it was FIRE .. well back to main review. For me the best AVNs out there is still Eternum but i just have to say it yours is a little bit below but trust me is damn GOOD. So as far as i know the story continues and is not finished, maybe in the future..who knows:D. Thank you for the game and im waiting for your next chapter/ maybe another game.
How much branching is there gonna be? Like Eternum where the choices mostly affect H-scenes and romantic paths but the story mostly play out the same? Or more like Being a DIK where you'll need 15 different saves to see everything.
This feel more like an anime than a visual novel. That's not a positive or a negative, just a personal observation. Goddamn this is really good though, binged it all in one and a half day.
Oh and the gallery for season 2 (chapter 10) is revealed from the start, don't know if that's intentional

what you do is click follow so when the dev post any updates in the development log itchio will send you a message through your email. To find new games just type in your search engine ( games like companion of darkness itchio). 🙃 Or you can do like me and hangout under the dev and wait till something pops out just be careful in case they have an upset stomach you may get a fresh coating. 🤗 No kink shaming here if your into that shiny coating.

You play season1 first, once you did that, you update season 1 with the season 2 app. This way your decisions get carried over. You can't have both versions installed.
Ohh okay, that's kinda sad if there is a part in S1 I really really like or Adore since I have a 512gb space and 3 completely available, Kodak 128gb SD Card so space isn't a problem to me.
In that case, I'd suggest using JoiPlay to run the PC version. Sure, both seasons add up to roughly 10GB so far and are liable to get even bigger, but you can have both installed at the same time without APK limits messing things up. As a bonus, you also get better image quality.

A small issue with chapter 10 so far, the "back" button is greyed out and the mouse roll back doesn't work. I can't roll back the text at all. I can't find the option to enable/disable this in the pref menu.

Ive played a lots of games here, and i seriously mean many (professional gooner btw) But this masterpiece here, gawd damnn i only made an account just to comment ts here. This games storyline is suoer interesting and i like the fact you almost always get chance to choose if you want a sex scene. The game isnt only about sex, there was plot twists, the story was best i have played. And the biggest factor, the charachter development was SO good. Im so happy i found this hidden gem here. Easily the best game here and prolly among the best games i have ever played (including rdr1+2, gows, eldenring) I aint joking, i enjoyed the gane so much. If you are reading this i just wanna say, give this game a chance, holy that shi was great. I want to thank the dev/devs personally shii😭

There is branching, but you certainly won't need 15 saves.

Yes it is, if you played the newest version of chapter 1-9, did you see save stats got exported at the end of chapter 9?
Yes but after then when i downloaded ch 10 and opened it, the game gave me file errors when I'm loading the game form the save.
I had the same issue, I just hit ignore and the game moved on with no problem.
